Directions
In a bowl add rice noodles and soaked in warm water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
In a wok add Sesame oil, Chicken / Shrimp and saute at medium heat for 5 minutes.
After that add Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Carrots and continue to cook at medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add beaten eggs and continue to cook at medium heat for a minute.
Add rice noodles
After that add Fish sauce, Lemon juice, Green chilies, Brown sugar, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Black pepper, Salt, Mustard Green and continue to cook at medium heat for 2 minutes.
Tofu, Beansprouts,Scallions, Roasted peanut chunk.
Serve immediately with lime wedges and Jicama.
